Our development of this basement began with construction.
To ensure the space would always feel cozy, never cold, we began this development by installing carpet with 22-pound underlay throughout the basement and on the stairs.
To achieve a bright, transitional aesthetic for the family entertainment zone, our designer chose soft whites on the walls, ceiling and carpet. We also installed LED potlights with dimmers throughout. Lutron Caseta switches controlled by Google Nest add a modern touch.

Living Room
In the living room, we installed our renowned TV Package, hiding unsightly wires from view. We built a custom cupboard unit, installing it beneath the television, which is flanked on either side by floating maple wood shelves.
We gave the nook beside the stairs a purpose by building a five-foot drybar, complete with a wooden wine rack. The quartz countertop has a subway tile backsplash with contrasting grout.
Living Room
In the living room, we installed our renowned TV Package, hiding unsightly wires from view. We built a custom cupboard unit, installing it beneath the television, which is flanked on either side by floating maple wood shelves.

Tiles are the main attraction in the bathroom, where extra-long white subway tiles with dark grout line the walls of the soaker tub. They also form a backsplash above the 31” vanity.
A quartz countertop with a rectangular sink is the perfect backdrop for the black Delta faucet. Black Delta fixtures in the tub reflect the feature colour of the cafe-style tiles on the floor.
Bathroom
