Basement Builders offers an inclusive warranty on all basements and other custom build and home improvement projects. As a RenoMark™ Renovator, Basement Builders provides clients with a minimum five-year warranty on all work, excluding minor home repair and manufacturer’s warranty.

Understanding a company’s warranty offer is an essential component of the homeowner checklist when screening companies to perform renovation or custom build projects. Basement Builders provide clear answers to every warranty-related inquiry from their clients, including:

  • Does it cover the materials supplied?
  • Does it cover the labour involved in the installation?
  • Who is supplying the warranty? Is this the contractor or the manufacturer of materials?
  • How long does the warranty last and is it transferable to new homeowners in the event of a house sale?

A five-year warranty is offered for basement development and other projects and Basement Builders also provides a one-year warranty for the materials used. However, the five-year warranty already provides comprehensive coverage of the actual work the company has done for the services their clients have purchased. Customers should also note that the warranty is fully transferable to the next home owners if you sell your property.

Along with our company policies and our RenoMark™ partnership, we strictly adhere to the following code of conduct. For more info on RenoMark™ CLICK HERE
