This development was more than a touchup — we began with a full demolition of the existing basement. To keep it nice, toasty and airtight, we spray-foamed the frost walls and the rim joists.
We matched the upstairs finishes, and for a softer touch, we rounded the drywall corners throughout the basement. We also installed a new hot water tank, while new 40-ounce carpet with 9-pound memory foam underlay makes every footfall a soft landing.

The black accents continue in the bathroom with Delta Trinsic fixtures, the custom mirror’s frame and the brushed granite schluter edges. The shower features 5" square zellige tile with a recessed niche, seen again as a backsplash above the 36" vanity. Large 12” by 24” tiles are on the floor.
