We looked at a number of renovation companies and decided on Basement Builders Gold package based on their quick responses, professionalism and ability to answer all of our many many questions.
The process was great, much like building our house we tailored the carpet, tile, paint colours, bathroom fixtures, lighting etc. They matched the doors and baseboards/trim to the existing house. We also put in a bar with quartz.
Payment process was smooth based on progress payments. Don't go with someone who wants money up front, go with these guys.
Their trades were respectful, friendly, professional, and clean, an important point since people are coming and going for a couple of months and we have 3 young kids at home! The drywall dust didn't even dirty the upstairs!!
