This basement is situated in a single-family home in Auburn Bay SE Calgary and comprises of a living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Features include a wet-bar, stone encased TV wall, an entertainment centre, and 5mm luxury vinyl plank throughout the basement. There are modern LED potlights in the entire basement, with additional lighting selected from our dedicated sales rep at Cartwright Lighting Centre. The heating system in the basement’s ceiling was replaced with circular diffusers and the cold air returns moved down to the floor level. The basement has our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, an in-wall HDMI conduit, a raised plug and backing for a TV mount. The open concept carpeted staircase gives a high end grand feeling when entering the basement. The paint, along with the doors and trim, are matched to those used on the other levels of the home.

We installed eye popping sparkle white Travertine ledgestone to the TV wall to give that added custom look. We also included our TV package with 1 TV and cable connection, a raised plug and TV backing for that custom seamless look.

Adjacent to the living area, the large seven-foot custom wet bar features a granite countertop, and solid wood cabinets all picked from our extensive selection at our cabinet supplier. We installed a Canadian made Riobel faucet and undermount sink. All of our cabinets include soft closing hinges and drawers to add to that luxurious feel
