This basement is situated in a single-family home in Coopers Crossing in Airdrie and has a living area, a bathroom, and one bedroom. The basement is fully carpeted, with the exception of the bathroom and wet bar area. There are LED potlights throughout the basement, in addition to vanity lights and dome lighting selected from Cartwright. The basement’s cold air returns were moved to the floor level and circular diffusers replaced the ceiling’s heating system. There are separate dedicated circuits for the fridge and treadmill. The basement comes with our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, an in-wall HDMI conduit, and a raised plug and backing for a TV mount. There is also a high fidelity 5.1 surround sound system and the bedroom is equipped for TV and internet. The basement’s trim and doors match that used in the other levels of the home. The paint matches the rest of the home, with the exception of some feature walls in the main living area and bedroom.

The bar has solid wood soft-closing drawers and doors and front peninsula bar area for entertaining guests. As usual, all of this was customer selected at our cabinet supplier who features an extensive arrangement. Nothing is pre made.

The basement has high quality Mohawk Silk Strand with Stain Guard carpet which features a lifetime stain and soil warranty, along with thick 10lb underlay with memory foam. We installed ceramic in the bar area and bathroom to finish the classic look
