There are modern LED potlights throughout the basement, in addition to vanity lights and dome lighting selected from our dedicated sales rep at Cartwright. The basement has our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, an in-wall conduit with HDMI, and a raised plug and backing for a wall mounted TV. The bedrooms are also equipped for TV and internet. The basement’s paint is matched to the rest of the home, with the exception of some walls in the bedrooms which were selected by the owners children for a unique twist. The basement’s trim and doors are matched to the other parts of the home.

The basement has glued down 5mm luxury vinyl plank in the main living area and bathroom and short shag Mohawk Silk Stain Guard carpet with a lifetime warranty against stains and soil. We paired the carpet with thick 10lb memory foam underlay for that touch of luxury.
