This basement in Chestermere is in a single-family home and has a living area, a bathroom, and one bedroom. Features include a fireplace, a children’s play area, and a stone wall for the entertainment area. There are LED potlights throughout the basement, in addition to vanity lights and dome lighting selected from Cartwright. The basement also has a dedicated circuit for the mini fridge and electric fireplace. Most of the flooring is high quality Mohawk Stain Guard carpet with 10lb underlay, although the bathroom and children’s play area feature 5mm luxury vinyl plank. The basement has our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, an in-wall HDMI conduit, a raised plug, and there are also TV and internet connections in the bedroom. The basement’s door and trim match the other areas of the home. Some walls in the bedroom, play area, bathroom, and living area are painted separately to add character but the bulk of the basement’s paint matches the rest of the home.

The awe inspiring high quality 48-inch electric fireplace is sunken into the wall, which features eye popping floor to ceiling travertine stone. The TV is wall-mounted above the fireplace with the TV and internet connections hidden behind it. The basement also features a high fidelity 5.1 surround sound system.

We carried the luxury vinyl plank into the bathroom to ensure a seamless look and feel.
