We created an airy, open feel for this basement development by removing the floor at the top of the stairs and opening up the wall to make a pony wall. The steps are lined with underlay and sturdy carpeting, a comfy yet practical choice for family wear and tear. We also added a pre-filtration line for water and a glass door on the main floor for the office

A five-foot custom dry bar with a creatively tiled backsplash brings a fun element to the space, along with cold refreshments stored in the mini-fridge. Our TV Package ensures the giant flatscreen is optimally set up for family movie nights.
