We began this development by jackhammering the bathroom to clear the way for an improved design. After moving the vacuflow outlet, we were ready to customize the space.
Our clients chose a soothing aesthetic of sophisticated neutrals, with soft greige on the walls and sandy brown carpeting. We added sumptuous 22-pound underlay throughout the carpeted areas, and installed potlights overhead.
We converted the bedroom into a home gym with extra features to allow it to do double-duty as a home office.

Living Room
A custom wine room takes full advantage of the area beneath the stairs. Inside, a lighted niche adds flair to the space, which is enclosed with 12 mm custom glass, and differentiated with luxury vinyl plank on the floor. The 36” gas fireplace is the star of a custom feature wall, surrounded by Ledgestone. We installed the television above the reclaimed wood mantle with our renowned TV Package, with additional reclaimed wood for the custom built-in shelving. Custom cabinets anchor the visually appealing storage areas on either side of the fireplace.
To make this family living room even better, we built a seven-foot bar with floating shelves and installed a mini-fridge flanked by cupboards and drawers, with a subway tile backsplash.
