This basement is located in a single-family home in the community of Aspen in SW Calgary. The basement has a living area, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. We included modern LED potlights throughout, with dome lighting and vanity lights selected from our dedicated sales rep at Cartwright Lighting Centre. The cold air returns were moved to the floor and we installed circular diffusers on all heat runs. The basement has high quality 5mm thick luxury vinyl plank in the living areas, with carpet installed in both bedrooms. The entertainment area has our TV package with 1 internet and cable connection, raised plug, in wall conduit with HDMI and TV backing for a seamless integration. The paint, trim, and doors all match those on the property’s main levels.

The eye popping 10-foot custom wet bar features floating shelves, upper and lower solid wood sprayed cabinets with soft-closing doors and drawers, and ample space for a large fridge and a mini fridge. This bar was designed and all finishes selected by the customer with our cabinet maker. The bar is equipped with an undermount sink, Canadian made Riobel faucet, and the granite top that matches the bathroom.
