This basement is in a single-family home in the community of Strathcona in SW Calgary. The entire existing basement was demolished for re development. The new basement consists of a main living area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Features include a bar with cascading quartz, and a wine room, both with Chicago brick accents. There is designer inspired built-in cabinetry throughout the basement. As always the electrical and the heating system were all brought up to code. This basement features modern LED potlights, with dome lighting and vanity lights all selected from Cartwright. Flooring is 5mm luxury vinyl plank installed throughout the basement, with the exception of the one bedroom, which is carpeted with deluxe Mohawk stain guard carpet. The painting in the basement was applied to match the finish on the property’s main levels.
