Features include a wet bar, large double doors to the bedroom, and 5mm luxury vinyl plank flooring. There are LED potlights throughout the basement, with additional lighting selected from our dedicated sales rep at Cartwright Lighting Centre. The basement has our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, a raised plug, and an in-wall HDMI conduit, and backing for a TV mount to give a custom and seamless look. We added an additional TV and internet connections in the bedroom. The basement’s paint, trim, and doors are matched to the rest of the home.

The solid wood wet bar was customer chosen from our extensive selection. We finished the bar off with a top-mounted sink, Riobel faucet and a granite top to match the home's upper level. Additional millwork was also added on the sides and front of the cabinet to create that luxurious feel.
