The main living area and bedroom are carpeted, with thick 10lb memory Shield underlay for added comfort. Vinyl plank is installed in the bathroom, wet bar, and storage area. There are LED potlights throughout the basement to enhance the lighting, with vanity lights and dome lighting selected from our dedicated rep at Cartwright. The basement’s trim, doors, and granite countertops were matched to those on the main level. The basement’s cold air returns were moved to the floor level and the ceiling’s heating system was replaced with circular diffusers.
