The basement also features Lutron dimmer switches, which can be controlled wirelessly. There is high quality vinyl plank in the gym area, tile in the wet bar section and bathroom, and luxurious Stain Guard carpet with thick 10lb memory foam underlay elsewhere in the basement. The bathroom has a Hytec tub, a vanity with a porcelain top, and Delta fixtures. The basement’s doors, paint, and trim match the rest of the home.
