The basement’s flooring is primarily high quality carpet with vinyl plank installed in the gym area. The basement has our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, an in-wall HDMI conduit, a raised plug and backing for a wall mounted TV. The bedroom is also equipped for TV and internet. The paint in the basement matches that used in the other levels of the home.
