How much does it cost to develop a basement?

Do you offer financing?

How long will it take?

The work will typically take 7 – 9 weeks for a standard built, more complex builds can take longer. We will give you timeline estimates at quoting.

Do you take care of city permits and inspections?

All of our renovations are fully permitted and inspected and the cost is included in our final price.

Do you work in Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, MD Rockyview and Cochrane?

Yes

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, we carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. All our sub-contractors are similarly insured and also have their own WCB insurance.

How will I know if my basement is up to code?

We will provide you with fully approved rough-in and final inspections from the City of Calgary or your local district.

Are your prices fixed or can they increase after the contract is signed?

Yes, our prices are fixed. The only time that cost overruns might occur is when the customer makes changes to the original plan, or if something additional and unforeseen is required to complete the project.
