We began this development with construction on a second bathroom, jackhammering out the floor. We also added features to ensure high-end consistency throughout the entire basement: LED dimmers, Lutron Casseta switches controlled by Google, solid core doors and Hunter Douglas power blinds.
Our clients did not hold back on extra features. We also installed three of our famous TV Packages (one in each living room and one in the bedroom) to ensure no unsightly wires distract from must-see TV.
Other important elements include new heating controls, 22-pound cushion tread carpet underlay, and both a double-door closet and an additional internet outlet for the bedroom.

Living Rooms
Our clients had the luxury of a spacious basement, so we were able to add custom touches to not one, but two living rooms. The first living area begins at the bottom of the sweeping open staircase, its black railing establishing the accent colour echoed throughout this floor.
Directly across from those stairs, a bar nestled in a generously-sized nook features custom metal and glass cabinets and floating shelves with specific LED lighting. Dark oversized subway-tiled backsplash, a quartz countertop and a black Riobel faucet complete the look.
Living Rooms

The second bathroom has an oversized mirror with matching oversized vanity and a custom bench built in beside it, with a wall cabinet above. The crowning feature of the room is the spacious shower with 10mm glass, a detachable shower head and bold textured white tile.
