Features include high quality bathroom fixtures, an open stairwell and a custom wood sliding barn door, a mirror door to hide the basement’s electrical panel, high quality carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring. There are LED potlights throughout the basement, with additional vanity and dome lighting selected from our dedicated sales rep at Cartwright Lighting Centre. The basement’s cold air returns were moved to the floor level and the ceiling’s heating system was replaced with circular diffusers. The basement’s paint, trim, and doors were matched with those on the main level of the home.
