As you enter the newly developed basement of this home located along Calgary’s western edge, you’re greeted with luxury vinyl plank covering the floor and a reclaimed wood barn door to slide closed when noise levels rise.
We brought texture to the basement with a knockdown ceiling. We added potlights to keep the area bright and installed a Vacuflow outlet to make cleaning a breeze for our clients.
In addition to the media zone, golf area and bathroom, this basement enjoys a spare bedroom, where we installed 25-ounce Shaw carpet with 22-pound memory foam underlay, to cushion every step.

Golf Simulator
The golf simulator is the crown jewel of this basement development, allowing our clients to experiences the iconic Pebble Beach, St. Andrews and dozens of other real championship courses with incredible realism, accuracy and ease-of-use. We completed all the necessary additional electrical for the simulator, as well as the overhead projector package.

Entertainment
Situated beside the golf simulator, the media zone is a natural area to kick back and relax between rounds, or catch the game on the big screen, which we installed with our famous TV package. We custom-built the wall unit housing the television with a fresh mix of white and wood, hiding away unsightly wires and leaving only treasured trophies and other decor visible.
We installed a custom wetbar that’s an entertainer's dream, with a full-sized wine fridge in addition to the mini-fridge for beer and other beverages. A glass tile backsplash and floating shelves complete the look.
