When the future of a basement includes marathon pool games and dartboard challenges, the flooring has to be comfortable. We installed a durable light-toned carpet with 10-pound memory foam underlay to ensure the games could go all night if desired.
We installed additional potlights to help players pick the perfect shot, and painted feature wall in billiard ball #2 blue, repeating the colour again behind the television.
We also upgraded the full bathroom and designed the perfect spot for a dedicated office space.

Living Room
The living room is an entertainer’s dream, with a feature wall within a recessed nook for the television, topping a low-slung electric fireplace surrounded by stone. We provided our renowned TV Package to ensure the television is presented at its best, without messy wires to distract from the on-screen action. We installed custom built-in shelves on either side of the nook and added additional potlights overhead.
We took our clients’ prized pool table into consideration when designing the wing off the living room. A custom drybar features a mini fridge and floating shelves, lit up for museum-worthy display. Beside it, reclaimed wood makes the perfect backing for the dartboard.
