The ceiling’s heating system was replaced with circular diffusers and the basement’s cold air returns were moved to the floor level. The basement has our TV package which includes 1 TV and internet connection, an in-wall HDMI conduit, a raised plug and backing for a wall mounted TV and the bedroom is also equipped for TV and internet. The basement has 5mm luxury vinyl plank flooring and the paint, trim, and doors are matched to the rest of the property
