With a holistic approach to the entire home’s design, we matched all new finishing in the basement to the existing finishing upstairs. But first, we needed to do some construction to achieve everything our clients dreamed of.
We jackhammered the concrete floor to access the main drain line and extended it to the luxury custom bar. Then we installed 6mm cork underlay and luxury vinyl plank on the stairs and throughout the basement.

In the living room, the feature wall with the fireplace is a showstopper. Defined by a 6” by 6” reclaimed wood mantle and marble-style large-scale tiles, the wall is home to an extra-long 60" gas fireplace. Above, we installed our renowned TV Package to hide unsightly wires for the wall-mounted flat screen, which in this case is camouflaged as a large piece of art.
Living Room

The custom wetbar is another stunner, with a full-height wine fridge and specially built upper cupboards offset by open shelving. The bar features a second fridge under the white quartz countertop, crowned with a multi-hued grey backsplash of sophisticated subway tiles. The black faucet anchors the entire look.

The bathroom features could be a checklist for a luxury spa, with a heated tile floor and a full-size shower encased in glass. The shower’s black accents reflect the stylish black plumbing fixtures throughout, while large-scale tiles in the shower add to the crisp, fresh style.

The existing bedroom also required an update to suit our clients’ needs. We extended the luxury vinyl plank flooring into the room, which had no storage, so we built a full-sized closet. We also installed both ethernet cable and coax cable in the bedroom, to create a dedicated workspace ready for a computer.
