We began the development of this walk-out basement by installing cork underlay to make the flooring easier on our clients’ feet. Meanwhile, the 7 mm luxury vinyl plank brings the look of a high-end wooden floor to the entire basement.
We installed additional potlights and electrical outlets with USB ports throughout.
We also installed our Projector Package, to be ready for the projector and screen our clients plan to use for their beloved movie nights.

The custom wetbar and walk-in wine room combine forces to bring a sophisticated sizzle to this living room.
We built the wine room with reclaimed wood on the walls and a floor-to-ceiling glass door. The wetbar beside it features a wine fridge, floating shelves and unusual triangle-shaped tiles.
We also installed a 60" Napoleon electric fireplace in the media zone.

We made a style statement in glorious, soothing neutral by installing glossy, oversized beige subway tiles on the walls surrounding the tub and the backsplash of the 31” vanity with quartz countertop. We used brushed fixtures to blend into the calming colour story.

Home Gym
We added some extras to the bedroom so our clients could also use it as a home gym. We installed memory foam underlay beneath the 40-ounce carpet, for extra padding. We also installed a dedicated circuit specifically for a treadmill.
